KeyIndex is a professional reference and information platform intended for automotive security professionals and authorized users only.

KeyIndex provides informational tools and data related to immobilizer systems, keyway data, and vehicle security.

KeyIndex does not perform physical services and does not guarantee outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to perform automotive security or related services in your jurisdiction
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

3. Account Responsibility

• Each account is individual and non-transferable
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Sharing accounts or access is prohibited
• Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility

4. Prohibited Activities

• Share, resell, copy, scrape, or distribute KeyIndex data
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or role restrictions

• Use KeyIndex data to commit fraud, theft, or security breaches
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform or its data

KeyIndex does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the KeyIndex platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within South Dakota, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
